Rashad Naqeeb is a blind lifelong gamer who, before January 2026, couldn’t so much as print hello world. Since then, using nothing but Claude Code, he has built comprehensive accessibility mods for both Against the Storm and Oxygen Not Included — two complex strategy games now fully playable by blind players for the first time. Rashad sees gaming as one of the great shared spaces of modern life, and has suddenly found himself given the ability to participate on his own terms.
