Morgan Baker (she/they) is the Development Director for Accessibility at Electronic Arts (“ADD”), where she leads initiatives to advance accessibility in gaming software. With over a decade of experience, Morgan draws on a background as both an accessibility specialist and game designer to provide actionable insights that foster more accessible player experiences.

Morgan earned a degree in Mathematics from Emory University and a Master’s in Education with a focus on accessibility from the University of Southern California. Their career includes work with PlayStation, Xbox, The Odd Gentlemen, Exploding Kittens, Netflix Games, and more.

In addition to her role at EA, Morgan serves as the Global Business Innovation Lead for EA’s ABLE employee resource group. When she isn’t gaming, you can find Morgan enjoying a good high fantasy book, learning (and failing) a new cooking recipe, or playing with her two adorable corgis — Midna and Zelda.
