Ivona is the Development Director at EA Sports, where she has worked for three development cycles on the “FC” franchise, most recently on FC26. In her role, she oversees a distributed team delivering complex features for large-scale multi-platform game releases. With 15 years of project management expertise, Ivona has also shared her knowledge as a professor at Humber College Institute and previously served as Director of Project Management at Acosta, where she guided high-value tech deliveries and agile transformation initiatives.
At EA Sports, Ivona has championed accessibility in gaming, helping shift development priorities toward inclusive design and ensuring that accessibility is embedded as a core part of feature delivery. Her drive for this work is deeply personal: as a parent of a child with a spinal cord injury, she has seen firsthand the power of inclusive design and its ability to create meaningful connections and opportunities.
Ivona also contributes extensively to governance in the accessibility and disability advocacy space. She serves as a member of the Board of Directors at Holland Bloorview Kids Rehabilitation Hospital and as Co-Chair of the Board at the Community Association for Riders with Disabilities (CARD).
