Daniella Decker is the Executive Director of the Accessible Games Initiative at the Entertainment Software Association (ESA), where she leads cross-industry efforts to provide consumers with clear information about the accessibility features available in video games.
With more than a decade of experience in management consulting, specializing in accessible technology, Daniella has guided organizations, including the World Bank, Janssen, Invisalign, and Nike, to embed accessibility into digital platforms, apps, and interactive experiences. She advises tech and gaming companies on inclusive design, assistive technology, and organizational strategy. She serves as Strategic Advisor to Cephable, an assistive tech company enabling non-verbal users to control apps, automate tasks, and generate content across digital environments using facial expressions.
Daniella has also served on the Executive Committee of the Coalition of Accessible Technology (COAT), advocating for inclusive tech policies and leading initiatives in digital accessibility. Fluent in American Sign Language, Spanish, and Portuguese, she is a candidate for the Executive MBA at Cambridge Judge Business School, where she was awarded the prestigious Navarino Scholarship and Dean’s Diversity Scholarship for her leadership in disability inclusion and accessibility.
