Mila Pavlin is the Design Director of UX and Accessibility at Monolith Productions, currently working on the Wonder Woman game. She is also the former Lead for the UX/UI/Accessibility team on God of War Ragnarök from Sony Santa Monica Studio. She empowers her teams to set standards of ethical & accessible content. Mila has guided video game design, software UX flows and hardware innovation teams to create seamless & engaging content, to remove unintended frustrations. Her work includes UX for 14 hardware products including a phone, multiple laptops, and many computer peripherals, and award winning work on titles like God of War (PC release) and God of War Ragnarök, with a recently released set of over 70 accessibility features!
