Topher Winward

 Topher Winward is a software engineer and accessibility champion at Rare Ltd, working on titles such as Sea Of Thieves, Rare Replay, and the unreleased Everwild. His accessibility work focusses on implementing core game accessibility features, specializing in those related to blind and low vision users. In addition to his technical work, he drives accessible thinking throughout the studio by working with designers, organizing studio-wide monthly accessibility catch-ups, and running an annual event called Access-mas. ✌️
