Tara was the Senior Xbox Game Studios Accessibility Lead. In this role, she conceptualized strategic programs and spearheaded development initiatives to establish and promote a superior yet accessible gaming experience across all Xbox Game Studios titles. She is also the Co-Founder and Co-Director of the Game Accessibility Conference (#GaConf), but you probably already knew that. She also has a passion for horror media and would love to see more accessible horror games in the market.
